Multifamily Series: What’s Trending in 2023

After contacting a few different agents in Palm Springs, I was increasingly nervous I wouldn’t be able to find a real estate agent who would fit my criteria. Ryan is truly the best real estate agent I have ever used and recently helped us find the perfect home in LA Quinta. We met Ryan when we started looking for a new home in Indio, he started the process of selling our home in Desert Hot Springs, we in less than 2 weeks, although the house was going through huge repairs to the Hot water tank which had caused major issues to the garage and attached laundry room.
