After contacting a few different agents in Palm Springs, I was increasingly nervous I wouldn’t be able to find a real estate agent who would fit my criteria. These were: An agent had to be extremely responsive able to respond quickly to texts/calls. An agent had to be extremely well organized on top of everything that needs to get completed, signed, and requested. An agent had to truly listen to my concerns; didn’t brush them off, and did everything not only to understand the sort of home I was looking for but once in escrow, somebody had to be able to effortlessly answer all of my questions. Lauren came upon a referral from a Realtor® friend of mine from the Bay Area, and I am so glad I chose to work with her. Not only did Lauren meet all of my above criteria, but she went above and beyond in doing so! She has an extraordinary amount of patience and positivity; just what is needed at times during the home buying process!
