We met Ryan when we started looking for a new home in Indio, he started the process of selling our home in Desert Hot Springs, we in less than 2 weeks, although the house was going through huge repairs to the Hot water tank which had caused major issues to the garage and attached laundry room. Ryan helped us find great plumbers, renovation experts and he would be the person on-site to make sure the work was completed until we could get to the house from Canada. Ryan is truly the best real estate agent I have ever used and recently helped us find the perfect home in LA Quinta. Houses are going for multiple offers in the area and Ryan was able to preview our house the first day it came on the market and showed the home to us via video chat. Although there were multiple other offers he was able to get our offer accepted and we entered escrow immediately. "I was two and a half weeks before Christmas and I had no house" then I hired Ryan and the Christmas Surprise happened. We moved in "by choice" on Christmas Eve to surprise the kids.
